Land Use and Development Committee Meeting

The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

II. Introductions of committee members and guests (6:00-6:05 p.m.)
 
III. Petitioner Presentations 

A. Metazoa Brewing Company. 804 E. Laverock Rd., David Kingen regarding 2nd preliminary presentation of mixed use redevelopment project at 804 East Laverock Road. Rezone is to MU-2 Mixed use district with variances for setbacks and parking. Approximately 8,000 square feet. Petition #2019CMP809 (6:05-6:25)
