The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

III. Petitioner Presentations 

A. 6568 Cornell Ave., Brad Litz/Litz & Eaton Development, preliminary presentation of multi-family residential redevelopment project at 6568 Cornell Ave. Estimated 20 units over 5 stories. Unit size estimated 1,500 – 3,000 square feet.
