Land Use and Development Committee Meeting

The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

A. 6528 Cornell Avenue, Joshua Savage of Wooden McLaughlin LLP requesting rezoning from D-4 to MU-2, to cohere with comprehensive plan recommendation. Petition #2019-ZON-07 (6:05-6:25)

B. 6200 N. College Avenue, Dan Jacobs information-only presentation regarding a potential office development (6:25-6:45)
