Land Use and Development Committee Meeting

The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

I. Call to order and explanation of LU&DC's position on requests (6:00 p.m.)
 
II. Introductions of committee members and guests (6:00-6:05 p.m.)
 
III. Petitioner Presentations 

A. 6201, 6207, 6211 & 6217 N. College Avenue, Dan Jacobs with an information-only presentation regarding a potential office development. (6:05-6:25)

B. 1904 Broad Ripple Avenue, William Niemier requesting rezoning from D-5 to C-3, to allow for general retail purposes.
Petition #2019-ZON-089 (6:25-6:45)

C. 6360 Guilford Avenue, Adam Hill from LOR Corp. with a preliminary presentation regarding a variance for construction of a LOR corporate office at this location. (6:45-7:05)
