The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

  • 1405 Broad Ripple Avenue/6229 Indianola Avenue - Tracy McGill from Structurepoint, will be appearing in representation of Keystone Corporation with a presentation on the petition filed for a removal of a Subdivision Plat, to be known as Indianola Minor Subdivision, dividing 0.639-acre into two lots. Case #: 2023-PLT-076; Hearing Date: October 11th, 2023
