The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

Presentations 
  • 806 Broad Ripple Avenue (Indy CD & Vinyl) - Andy Skinner, owner of Indy CD & Vinyl, will be present to discuss the company's plans for expansion into the former Landsharks space, which is adjacent to their current establishment.
  • Gershman Partners Developments (Versa & Madera) - Eric Gershman, of Gershman Partners, will be appearing to present updates on their current development projects in Broad Ripple, Versa and Madera.
