Land Use and Development Committee Meeting

The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

Presentations 
  • 854 Broad Ripple Avenue - Thieves. Kristen Alderson will present on the transfer of their current alcohol permit at 915 Broad Ripple Avenue to their new location.
  • 6161 N. College Avenue - Elasia Wellness Studios . Alyssa Hanson will present on an application filed for a variance of use for the property located at 6161 N. College Avenue currently zoned as D5 to allow for the operation of a wellness studio.
